April 12, 1996 was the day Red Dasher 3 was out, until Super Red Dasher was in development at the time.

These 4 all made their debut in the game. Kevin and Sabrina Hirano debuted as two kids who were trapped by Kaneko's enemies, Riftburn who was taking to take down the two kids after giving her a burn, and The Hero who wants to kill Max after being trapped in Kaneko's ship for being a failed prototype, who wants vengeance and managed to kill Max on his own.
