Backstory: At the height of the war, Shockwave's experiments became more and more grand until the S-17 Arrowheads finally were brought into light. Heavily armed, large battleships that were controlled by an A.I made up of a melding of 5-8 Sparks of the greatest Decepticon generals but containing Decepticon artillery and , Vertigo is the only remaining A.I left from the ships being destroyed by the Autobot forces and insanity that plagued most of the A.I. Vertigo abandoned the Autobot-Decepticon war and made her way to Earth, killing her entire crew and using their parts to make her own drone army, she set up numerous factories and positions there before retreating to the Moon. The Autobots came to Earth, destroyed most of the Decepticon buildings and structures before leaving. Vertigo was studying their moves and tactics the entire time, and swooped back down to Earth to rebuild her empire. This grew the attention of Vanguard-S and his brothers, who were ordered to go back and finish her. She regained contact with Megatron, and as a sign of peace offered to give him Energon by sending a Decepticon Energon Tanker to Earth to resupply the war on Cybertron. Vanguard-S, although losing all of his brothers, used the tractor beams onboard the ship to pull the Energon Tanker right into the S-17 Arrowhead before escaping. Even though the huge explosion drove Vertigo kilometers underground and her ship was destroyed, she was still alive. Throughout the years on Earth, she has been improving her technology and army. Only until recently, she has condensed the sparks that have kept her alive into one singular spark and has made her own body.

Personality: Vertigo takes after a multitude of Decepticon Generals who's names are lost to time. She is ruthless, and does not play well with others. She is calm, collected, and has an exceptional talent of appearing to be nonchalant. She loves to inspire fear and terror even into her drones. A strict authoritarian and a dictator, she is arrogant, haughty, and finds herself superior to not only her soldiers, but also the entire Decepticon army, calling for her drones to exterminate them. Her favorite hobby is twisting processors and sparks to her will and carrying out painful, torturous experiments. She finds that most of her forces are disposable, and will use them as her personal pawns.
