BACKSTORY: Gavan Hadari was selected as one of the many participants to enter in the Desire Grand Prix. Gavan was selected to become Kamen Rider Shiou and battle against the Jyamato.

WARNING: This toku sprite was created by Zyuoh-Eagle from their Deviant Art Channel, under the title "Kamen Rider Buffa|Entry Raise Form", and "Kamen Rider Geats-style Template [Heavey Build]". Please do no give me full credibility of the design of the suit, except for the color (and additional design of the helmet and the ID Core.
