Description
As requested.
Anatomy shoulder area tutorial, dos and don'ts.
Edit: added different kinds of common stiffness.
Edit 2: this tutorial only serves your conceptual purpose, showing you what is the correct base to use for construction.
How to use this tutorial: Start by applying the base shown in the tutorial, keep the moveable parts of the shoulders in mind when you practice.
What this tutorial will not do:
- It doesn't help you with proportional/perspective problems comes with using the construction.
-it won't improve your skill unless you go and find more references and practice.
See: for general anatomy references and tutorials.

Rofl! Thanks. That's the reassurance I needed about the use of loose shoulders. Good to know I was already on the right track. But still really quite helpful.

gee this makes me think I need to get back to drawing
I might for the sake of making some new car and rent money (casual friend wants me to draw some stuff up for a children book she been working). Plus she known me for a while so has some sense in knowing how to deal/work with me well.

yeah your shoulders in your galleries aren't stiff at all. Just watch it when u do clothing on top of it. :3 Sometimes when we get lazy that stiffness can come back.
