Harr harr, according to this none of my Bleach OCs are Sues...
From left to right:
Kiyo - Well balanced
Hiwari - Well balanced
Kanetsu - Strong character
Atsumi - Well balanced
Kagami - Strong character
Shinobu - Strong character
Tiago - Well balanced
There wasn't enough space left, but Nogiku would be a strong character with 8 points and Tsuruka would be well balanced with 5 points... did I forget someone? I don't think so...
