Y.A.R.R. stands for Yet Another Random Render, so it had nothing to do with the transformation theme of the image itself.
The transformation (in this case and as per the set of "rules" the 'SUZEtech Universe' is based on) is a two step process, with the first part resulting in reversible state however, taking it further and applying the PLA (which is the "thing" the maid is holding in her hand in the part 1 of the image) makes the transformation irreversible.
Application of the PLA also results in separation joints on the mannequin to form, so since "Miranda" here clearly can be taken apart indicates, that the PLA has already been used on her and that her new inanimate form has been made permanent.
