I totally love the way the image transmits that the victim is just an object for them to be further prepared. Especially the hand of her bald head catches my eyes. So humiliating and caring at the same time.

That bald head thing... umm... well... you know... the image is taken from the perspective of the patient... So... She would probably not be able to see her own head... would she? So... It may probably be something else that can occupy one's field of view when laying on their back and looking down like this... definitely not head... Heads, usually, do not grow in pairs, you know? As there seems to be a hint of a second bald head just to the right edge of the image (in the general area of my signature)...

OMG! They placed a nipple on her head ??? Well, what can I say, I already feel embarrassed enough by seeing it the wrong way. My only excuse is that I was so still so flashed by one of those images from this series before - in which it was definitely a bald head that was shown
