Operation failure. The Foundation was aware of Operation Snake Eater. Site-██ has been evacuated of operation objectives along with SCP-███, ███, and Dr. ██████. A Foundation Task Force and security detail remained to assist with the airlift of presumably SCP-███-01. Strike Team B moved to secure Site-██ before evacuation could be completed. Site-██ and SCP-███-01 were secured after heavy fighting, however, foundation forces activated an unknown protocol leading to the loss of Site-██ and the surrounding area.

Only Sgt. ██████ and a Foundation security officer were found to have survived the event.
