I just know about two villains of Power Rangers Pokémon Tamer.
One villains: the leader of Order of the Dark Pokémon name Shade Rai, the power of Darkrai, and his female second-in-command name Mauzi, warrior of Delcatty and their foot soldiers, Meowths, they want take over the world after against their enemies, Pok Shi, Order of the Good Pokémon.
And other villains: the leader of the Bully Empire, Lord Fuskor and his foot soldiers, Bad-Mood Drones, they want teasing humans and destroy or killed their enemies, Pok Shi, Order of the Good Pokémon.
Bully Empire been destroy for their weakness by Guaridans of Lights, Gold for Ho-oh, Heart Warrior, and Silver for Lugia, Soul Ranger.
