Melody looked around at the giant room, filled with many of the toys she had bought her kids last Christmas. So much had changed since then. It was after Thanksgiving that she had noticed the changes. It wasn’t long before she was admitted to the hospital until the shrinking virus ran its course. Becoming a stage 3 shrinkee aloud her husband annul their marriage, which he wasted no time in doing. Finally, being released only three days before Christmas, she found herself under her husband’s guardianship while he was openly seeing their nanny who had moved in. The two had come up with the wonderful idea to surprise their kids by placing their newly shrunken mom under the Christmas tree for them to find Christmas morning. So now here she was the day after. A toy mom in a giant world, hoping the next year would be eventful in a more positive light.
