D|S 4.5 Pro Genesis but she is of my fave V4 character morphs I converted using Gen-X plugin and of course I have to tweek everything (I'm a little OCD that way).

I think the texture I used was "Nik" by reciecup available at Renderosity but I can't remember what morph I started out with. I tend to mix and/or match and then modify them until they really have very little left of the original character.
