This tutorial is to create an abstract/tech brush for photoshop using the freely available sinedots plugin which can be downloaded here [link] <- zip file, just extract to your photoshop plugins folderi.e. C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Plug-Ins\Filters
note there is a version 2 of this plugin availiable, but i prefer version 1 myself
