Aka, a scam which investors and grifters try to sucker idiots into buying from; that's what an NFT is.

Not only are they scams, often including stolen images, but they're also terrible for the environment as the power source they take just gobbles energy. Some game companies are trying to get people to buy into it now or plan to (as much as I love FFXIV and am glad that NFTs are not going to appear in it, insert scolding finger-wag at Squeenix for wanting them).

They're the thing of art thieves, scammers, and sharehold investors for companies.

And anyone who defends NFTs are either one of the scammers, an investor, or an idiot.

They are not good, and I hope they crash and burn like every other cryptocurrency.
