So, I got bored the other day, and I decided to make a Half-Assed Hair (or as ~ToxicRini would put it, HAH) tutorial. This is basically how I draw semi-realistic digital hair with a mouse. So if I could do it this easily with a mouse, imagine how easy it would be with a tablet! ....Argh, I want to get a tablet. *is saving up for one*Anyway, please let me know if you found this tutorial to be helpful. :3

Haha, I don't really care, non of the other tutorials I've seen that works with a mouse work for me.
I have yet to get a tablet (but I'm hoping to get one for my birthday) so I've been looking at everything that helps me out in anyway.

Also, here's a quick tip that I came across after writing this tutorial: Instead of selecting your hair layer to stay inside the lines, lock the layer's transparency instead. I'm not sure if you already knew this or not, but I figured I should cover all the bases just in case.

How is this half assed hair? Stoping at step two is a half assed job (like I do) This is AWESOME I'm going to use this. I've been wanting to find tutorials like this and your's is really easy to follow.
