By inserting the Battachi Core ID into the Desire Driver, Takashi is able to transform into his base form, Kamen Rider Battachi Entry Form. His helmet is based on a grasshopper.
(Yes, Battachi is just one big reference to Takeshi Hongo and Kamen Rider 1. Batta is Grasshopper, and -chi is from Ichi, meaning 1.)
