Daigo Matsuo was an assistant to Gentoku Himuro during the later days of Faust, before Takumi Katsuragi's supposed death. After discovering the evil intentions of Blood Stalk and Himuro, he fled Touto for Hokuto, eventually using what he knew of the Transteam Gun technology and an artificial Wolf Fullbottle to become Kamen Rider Howl!
