Asano Shiro was an average college student with a traumatic past of abuse, which caused him to create three separate personalities to express his emotions, known as Diablo, Realm, and Gabriel. The three of them remained mostly dormant, only appearing in times of extreme stress, until Shiro found the Demon, Knight and Angel Gaia Memories, which allowed them to surface every time he used one of them (Diablo for the Demon Memory, Realm for the Knight Memory, and Gabriel for the Angel Memory). Using a modified Lostdriver, Shiro now uses their power to transform into Kamen Rider Origin.

By inserting the Knight Gaia Memory into the slot on the Lostdriver, Shiro can transform into Kamen Rider Origin's Knight Form, with Realm in control.
