An experiment with gashats going wrong, Dan Kuroto was testing out gahsats and he happened to find Ryujin Unari, Dan Kuroto used the Drago Knight Hunter Z gashat on Ryujin hoping it would turn him into a bugster on Dans side but Ryujin absorbed the power and unfortunately he lost his memory of those events, Dan tricked Ryujin into thinking that he's an intern at the hospital with Emu.
One day a Giri Giri Chanbara bugster came and and tried to steal some gashats, Ryujin saw the Drago Knight Hunter Z gashat and then a spark of a memory came to him as he tried to get the gashat, after he got the gashat he pressed it and then a Game Driver appeared around his waist thus he inserted the gashat and leveled up into Kamen Rider Huntaz
