Sorry this took so long, i had trouble comin' up with the concept but i like how it came out in the end :U.Cylovocoly (Cylinder [reffering to the tubeworm]+Volcano+Colony somewhat corrupted)
Type: Water/ Fire
Ability(ies): *Tough Roots/ Flame Body
Volcanic Pokemon
They gather around undersea volcanoes for warmth. The armor may differ among Cylovocoly's polyps.

hehe, thank you! I had this concept in the back of my head for awhile now but like i said, I wasn't sure how to execute it. Though I love it and I thought tube worms were interesting creatures. Once again, Thank you :3
