"Igeo." Amethyst said as she entered her music room, handing a cup of water to Taehyun, who is sitting on the floor. "Mulyeyo."

"Gomawo." Taehyun took the cup.

Amethyst took a seat at the chair by her piano. She sat there, staring at the keys. She knew that she has to play for her friends, but the thing is, she doesn't know if she likes the song she wrote. This is the same song that she tried to write last night, the one that she needed help with. What she had so far is only the first verse and chorus.

"Are you going to sing?" Taehyun asked.

"Hmm?" Amethyst tried to come up with an excuse to not play. "I only have the first verse and chorus. I just started this last night..."

"I said to sing what you have so far."

"The song is in Japanese." Amethyst said. She's actually telling the truth.

"Okay. Sing it."

Amethyst sighed, there was no way out of this. Oh well, Taehyun is here to help her anyway, he said so himself last night. Her hands touched the piano and eventually, after a few seconds, she started to play her song. She honestly felt nervous singing an incomplete song, especially with someone listening. After the intro, her angelic voice began to sing.

Amethyst finished the song after playing the last few notes. Her eyes widen at what happened. She became confused about the song she just played. Did I just...?

"That was beautiful." Taehyun said. "It seemed like it was a complete song too."

Amethyst turned in her chair, looking at Taehyun. "Taehyun...I made up at least half of the song just now. I said I only had one verse and one chorus. I don't know where the rest came from..."

Taehyun became just as surprised as Amethyst. "Maybe you were so into it that words just came to your mind."

Yeah, because I was thinking of someone the whole time...Amethyst thought. "Maybe..."

"It was beautiful, Ame." Taehyun smiled. "I guess that means you don't need my help anymore."

Amethyst nodded, then came up with an idea on the spot. She said it quietly, scared of what her friend might say. Taehyun hummed in response, not understanding what she said. Amethyst took another minute to make sure this is what she wants.

That made Amethyst happy, but then a question came up by her friend. "What song?"

Amethyst thought of the first song that came to her head, took out her phone and played the song. They both listened to the whole thing to see if it would work. The song itself already had both girl and guy parts, so all they really have to do is practice it if they like it enough.

"I'm sorry that it's in Japanese...it's just that it's the first song that came to my mind."

"I love it. Let's do this song." Hearing that made Amethyst smile. "Before that, pleeeeeease teach me winterguard."

Amethyst started to laugh. "So childish!"

"Only for youuuu." Taehyun put his hands on her shoulder then rest his chin on them, giving one of those cute looks. "Pweeeease. Taehyunnie will act like this until Amethy teacher teaches him winterguard."

"You're such a baby..." Amethyst tried to resist the cuteness, but quickly failing when she couldn't wipe her smile off her face.

Taehyun tapped her shoulder. When Amethyst turned her head, she fell right into her friends trap, when he poked her cheek. She turned pink and smiled some more. You're five...I swear...

"Is Amethy going to teach Taehyunnie?" Taehyun pulled off the puppy eye look.

"Aaaaaaaie, yes, alright, I will." Amethyst gave in.

"Yaaaaaay!" Taehyun jumped for joy, not letting his little kid image down. Amethyst smiled, enjoying this valuable time with her friend.

Taehyun took the flag back and threw it high. It was actually perfect this time, but when it started to come down, he backed away and protected his head with his arms. Amethyst started to giggle at his actions. She can't blame him though, she used to be afraid of getting knocked out by flying flags too.

"You can't be scared of it, Tae. You're not going to learn if you don't start catching it." Amethyst said. "If it makes you feel better, I used to be afraid too. But you just have to accept that you're going to get hurt sometimes by flying flags, rifles and sabers. But it's worth it. Here, try again. Genuinely try this time."

Amethyst handed the flag to her friend. Taehyun sighed and took it. He tossed it, actually watched it and as scared as he was, he caught it. The look on his face is priceless, filled with shock, amazement, surprise, and joy.

"Tae! You did it!" Amethyst was just as excited.

Taehyun started to jump around in excitement, and Amethyst joined in the celebration.

"I knew you can do it! You just needed some encouragement."

Amethyst turned slightly pink. She returned the gesture while looking away.

"Hey, play that song that we're going to duet with." Taehyun said out of the blue.

Amethyst, who is wondering why Taehyun wants to hear it again, nodded and took her phone out to play the song. When the guy part came up first, Taehyun started to sing along to it. Amethyst was surprised, hearing her friend hit every word and every note perfectly. Whoa there...if this is the first time you ever heard of the song...and you already know how it goes...She has no words for what is happening right now.
