Every day since then, things haven't changed. The two's friendship remained the same and it's just as wonderful as it has been. Though there were still moments that Taehyun wasn't so sure about what's going and other times Amethyst is hesitant to speak her mind, things were normal. Amethyst wasn't as hesitant to speak her mind like she used to a few months ago. It seems like everyday shes letting Taehyun deeper into her world, letting him be there for her when she needs somebody. Taehyun is still somewhat worried about where their friendship is going since his birthday, but almost everyday proves to him that everything will be okay.

Tonight was a little warm, but it wasn't hot. Amethyst decided to take a walk in the city for no particular reason. Seoul was still busy at this time of night, but it didn't bother her. She was minding her own business, while paying attention to where she was going, about her future. About what she wants to do. Does she really want to be a singer now? Is this the path she want to take? She's been on this road for as long as she can remember, currently on the path of earning her vocal performance degree, and now she's thinking twice about it.

Taehyun supports her, of course. But is it enough to have support from only one person? While everyone else is against it? And that's only one of the things that is holding Amethyst back. Another thing is that is she sure if she wants to deal with the pros and cons of being a singer, though mainly the cons. Is she willing to sacrifice barely seeing her close ones? Is she willing to work nonstop for many days? Is she willing to deal with rumors and negativity?

Oh no...the negatives....Amethyst thought to herself in worry. She's not good with negative things. She never has been and she may never will be. It hurts her that the people that she once knew hurt her, but it might as will kill her if thousands of people who don't know her personally hurt her.

She doesn't know what to do now. Does she continue on with the path of a singer, or go down another path to make her less known and to keep her safe from the hate of the world? She thought about it continuously as she looked up at the night sky, not seeing a single star to wish on. Even though something so silly shouldn't make Amethyst upset, it did anyway. She sighed and continued to walk around the city, letting her thoughts consume her, stuck between chasing her dreams or changing everything.
