Description
Kabocha stood for a moment to collect herself from all that happened today. She started to leave the area, but Cameron started to come to that place."Kabocha, I thought I saw you come here!" Cameron said, then noticed Kabocha's eyes were red. "Were you crying?"
Kabocha thought about what happened for today, then had another breakdown, clasping to her knees. Cameron started to freak out about what has happened, trying to figure out what's going on. Kabocha tried to speak, but he could barely understand due to her whining. Cameron squated next to her and tried to calm her down. When Kabocha calmed down a bit, she tried to speak again.
"Andrew is not the same...he is not the same..."
"Wait...why?" Cameron had no idea what's going on.
Kabocha told him everything, literally everything. From point A to now, everything was spilled. "I'm not even sure if I should have ever told you all of this. For all I know, Andrew could be listening and could be plotting to keep you from me like he's going to Terensu and Aoi. I don't want thim to end up killing everyone I love. I want him back! Come back!"
Kabocha spoke normally, but as soon as she talked about Andrew and for him to come back, she got worked up again and wailed some more. Cameron knew Kabocha is not normally like this. He did know that Kabocha and Andrew are close, though, she shouldn't cry this much over it. Maybe a few tears because of their friendship, but not how she has been doing for the past few days like she explained.
"I think we should talk to Aoi. He might know why you're more depressed than usual."
Cameron got up, and pulled Kabocha up. But she wouldn't get up at all. She kept crying and wailing like a little baby. Cameron got down, pulled Kabocha on his back and carried her home. Kabocha cried more on the way home, then it eventually got silent. Kabocha fell asleep from all the exhaustion. She slept all the way home, waking up on the bed in her room. She had no idea how she got there, nor is anyone in the room with her. She got up and walked her way down the stairs. She seen Aoi, Terensu and Cameron having a conversation. She went back a few steps to listen to what was being talked about. It sounded like the basic topic was depression. She paid more attention then she heard her own name and Andrew's name. She become concerned and ran down the other steps to join the boys.
"What's going on? I heard me, Andrew, and depression. What's going on?" Kabocha got paranoid.
"We think your depressed, but you're not aware of it. We think that you're being controlled to think these things." Cameron explained.
"We believe that you're being controlled by Andrew. We believe that he is making you think this way, at least what I put together." Aoi added.
Kabocha became furious about how Aoi can think Andrew is causing her pain. Her mind has been so used to his kindness that believes he is only going through something terrible to cause all this evil. It does hurt her that she has to see Andrew like this, but she doesn't believe that he is controlling her mind. Right before she yelled at Aoi, Cameron separated them by standing between them.
"I think you should listen to us before getting mad at anyone, please."
Kabocha sat down between Terensu and Aoi, decided to listen to listen to the nonsense they came up with.
"Who's going to tell it to her?" Terensu asked, automatically volunteered to not do it.
"Probably me, because if Aoi tells her, Kabocha will probably kill him...in a metaphorical sense..." Cameron said. "Not to mention that it's possible that Andrew is controlling her to be rude to him..."
"Get with it." Kabocha said harshly.
"From what Aoi and Terensu told me, you become depressed out of no where. They said that they noticed this around the first time you saw Andrew, and that everyday since then so far, you're getting more and more upset. But we were trying to figure out what would make you this upset. Terensu explained that him and Aoi were being chocked without a hand, which means Andrew has some sort of Telekinesis or something to move objects. But with what an object does or thinks, we believe he can control minds too. So, if Andrew can control minds and you became depressed the day you first saw him, then there is a high chance that he is controlling your mind and emotions. We think he's the reason you're this depressed."
"You mean me being hurt about him, my greatest friend, due to his condition, is not true?" Kabocha become disgusted.
"No, you can be hurt about that. But all that extra crying, and wailing, and being rude to your brother, and being especially more rude to Aoi could be because of Andrew's control." Cameron explained some more. "I know Andrew, I know he is a kind kid, but he is not at the moment. Because of it, he is threatening all of us. He wants to kill all of us, and I don't know what he'll do to Aoi, but I know it will be bad. From what the other two told me, Andrew wants you to end your relationship with Aoi to join him and he will spare your life. First question, do you want it to be the end of your life, or the end of the relationship you and Aoi have?"
"That's easy, end my life." Kabocha answered.
"Even though it's possible that Andrew is controlling you to hate Aoi's guts, or that it seems like it?"
"Yes."
"And why?"
"Because I love him."
"Right. Even though you have been obnoxious to him, you still love him, right?"
"Right." Kabocha answered.
"Why would you think, if Andrew is controlling you, that he can't force you to come to him?" Cameron asked.
"Because nothing can break, force apart, or separate true love. Not even by mind controlling."
"That's the nicest thing I've heard from her since the last few days..." Aoi said.
"So if Andrew is controlling her, we know that we didn't lose her completely since she still loves Aoi. That's a good sign." Cameron said.
"I'm torn now..." Kabocha and Aoi said nearly at the same time.
"Well, that can't be good..." Terensu said, thinking that the two of them are thinking the same thing.
"Kabocha...what's on your mind?" Cameron asked.
"I really don't want to end my relationship with Aoi. But I don't want Andrew to hurt him everytime I refuse to join his side." Kabocha sighed at the end.
Knowing this can't be good, Cameron then asked, "What's on your mind, Aoi?"
"I agree with Kaobcha, but the difference is...I don't want her to sacrifice her life for me. But also, I don't want her to join Andrew."
After a bit of thought in silence, Cameron sighed and said what's on his mind. "I think to make sure that everyone is safe..." Cameron's heart started to ache. "...that there is only one way to end this..."
