Description
Kabocha entered the house, looking down at the ground since then. Terensu ran to Kabocha, saying he's glad that she's back because he couldn't stand being alone with Aoi anymore. Aoi blamed Terensu for telling on him. Kabocha looked up for only a brief moment, then looked back down, walking away to the stairs to be alone for a while. Both guys didn't understand why Kabocha would be upset at all.Kabocha entered her room and sighed deeply. She deiced to go through all the notes Andrew gave to her through the years they have known each other. Each one brought a memory of how they used to hang out all the time and joke around with each other. Her eyes started to flow with tears, thinking about Andrew's condition rather than them keeping their distance. She couldn't begin to think how he will act while being controlled. She doesn't know when he will be himself and when he won't be himself. The thought about it kills her inside. She wants to find out what is exactly controlling Andrew and why. But for right now, she started to cry her heart out. Terensu and Aoi came into her room when she started to cry badly, and they were confused about why she is in deep despair.
"What's wrong, Kabocha?" Terensu grabbed on to her, then hugged her tightly.
"It's...Andrew..." Kabocha cried harder when she spoke.
"What? What about Andrew?"
"He's under control by a spirit. He's being attacked, he's being attacked!" Kabocha started to yell and go crazy.
"What do you mean?" Terensu tried to keep Kabocha calm.
Kabocha tried to explain what Andrew told her. She kept talking about what Andrew told her than about his condition. Kabocha's heart is at war with which problem bothers her most at this situation. Kabocha cried more than she talked, which is not normal for her. Terensu hugged her again and tighter than before. Kabocha spoke about the war that's on her heart.
"I don't know if I care more about what's happening to Andrew or if I care more about not seeing him for a while..."
Aoi has been fairly quiet the whole time. He's hurt to see Kabocha hurt, but he doesn't like how it's about Andrew. He tried to not show his anger on the outside, but it may have since Terensu noticed that he is not speaking. He said he'll be back and pulled Aoi outside her room.
"You can help you know."
"I don't want to argue." Aoi said.
"You have serious attitude problems for someone who is supposed to joyful." Terensu said the brutal truth. "It's the truth, no matter how many times you deny it."
Aoi didn't want to talk to Terensu about it anymore since he knows all he's going to do is cause problems. Terensu got angry, but held back from the smack talk and tried to bring the reality to Aoi.
"It doesn't matter if it's about Andrew or not. Your girlfriend is crying." Terensu said. "Your girlfriend, in this room, is crying. She needs you more than ever right now. She'd rather hear from you than me at this moment. She wants your comfort more than anything in the world. This is one of those moments."
Ternesu paused for a moment to calm down from speaking loud and fast. "Can you please put your jealousy aside and comfort the one you love. Of course I will go back in with you, but she needs you."
Aoi sighed heavily and went back into Kabocha's room. Kabocha is still crying pretty hard about the bad news she received. Aoi came up to her, and hugged her lightly for now.
"Are you okay?" Aoi asked, then felt stupid for asking a question that had an obvious answer.
"No, I'm sorry for Andrew..." Kabocha responded.
"Kabocha, I'm sorry for what's going on with Andrew. But he cares for you, therefore you should take his word for staying away. For both yours and his safety."
"Why do you care? You hate everything about Andrew..."
What Kabocha said rather surprised Aoi. He looked at Terensu, who looked extremely mad at him for making Kabocha think in such a way. Aoi believed that he truly messed up for the past year. He thought about what to say before going on, hoping it won't hurt Kabocha any further.
"I knew the way I've acting seems like I hate him. Honestly, I don't. I'm just scared for us. But I understand why he's important to you. Your first friend and practically saved your life. I will never comprehend how much Andrew means to you and I understand why this situation hurts you. I know I need to get it right, not be scared, and move on. I'm not mad about this anymore."
"Are you just saying that?" Kabocha had doubts.
"No, I will drop it. I'll let your and Andrew's friendship be. I understand now." Aoi said. "But for the sake of your life, I really recommend that you take Andrew's suggestion."
Kabocha felt that bit of joy after Aoi decided to let go of his jealousy. Though, she knows that it will be a while until she'll get over staying away from one of her greatest friends. She told the guys to leave so she can think for a while. She needs to find out how Andrew will act and how to stop it, even if it will cost her life.
