Description
Since my anxiety has caught up with me again, I decided to do this little piece. Panic attacks are, honestly, hell. I don't mean that as a curse word, but as a factual description. They can last up to 25 minutes, but usually only last around 10. However, Multiple panic attacks can happen in a row, making several attacks seem like one infinitely long one.
This isn't my best work, but I feel like there should be more awareness about anxiety, whether its panic disorder, or a symptom of another disorder like PCOS.
By the way, this isn't me in the picture, just a random person I made up in my head...the words are things that I have felt before.
Done in pen and ink, marker, and pencil.
