Description

6th Century wolf warrior and dancer scene after several fragments from the period. These show a kind of ritual spears and sword dance most likely associated with the cult of Odin/Woden and probably an initiation into a Germanic warrior cult. The scenes were shown on thin metal sheets used for decorating helmets, sword scabbards and drinking horns.
My drawing is not a recreation of a single piece but incorporates elements from all the pictures I could find, bringing them together in a homogeneous style true to the originals (I hope).
A slightly altered version may find its way on a shirt or maybe even on a piece of jewellery.
