For those who've never heard of this game or it's long-delayed sequel, Shantae is a Gameboy/DS adventure where you take control of the titular half-genie Shantae, and use a variety of magical attacks and transformations to stop the villianous pirate Risky Boots, and save your island home of Sequin land.I liked the game's character and art design, and so this picture was born after doing some research. I think this is probably my favorite work from the past year that I've done.
