Description
A Watership Down cover design I did for my typography class.
I like it even though it got declined, harshly criticized and called an electrician's manual by my teacher.
He had never read the book so he obviously had no idea that the image was somewhat related to the story... And I was really surprised by his close-mindedness: a pylon = an electrician, full stop. =3='
Anyway, I used an actual photo I had taken on my birthday last year. c':

Omg, to ja jestem ścisłowcem pełną gębą (i forgot how to humanistyczne/artystyczne a long time ago), a dokładnie widzę, co chciałaś przekazać poprzez okładkę. :U Niektórym naprawdę ciężko się myśli, widzę.

Electrician's manuals don't usually have what could be seen as visual allegory for an atomic explosion. It.... wouldn't be too bright.

I suppose if the dude didn't understand the book he could jokingly say that but still, if you haven't read a story you have no room to criticize whether it works or not. u_u Besides in a typography class aren't they supposed to only talk about the fonts?
I love all the negative space and oh gosh that "tree" <3 So the cloud also happened to be in the photo then? I assumed you shopped it in! :0
