Terrorizing the dreams of Felvargs across Ulfrheim was something Ophanim, a journeyer of dreams, could not simply let slide...

FINALLY DONE WITH THIS AAAAAAAA. It took me a long time //SOBS// but I have finally finished on the last day! There are a lot of technical problems with it but asfkjaklgjskdlgh it's been a while since I did anything crazy like a fight scene!! xD but after I wrote a previous Beast Hunt entry where Ophanim activated his holy flame magic, I knew I just HAD to draw it sometime!! And Falkyre was the perfect opponent. Ophanim has many dreams of many futures, worlds and landscapes... all of which are serene. The world of dreams to Ophanim is a world that is sacred and must be left alone. Falkyre, under the influence of Ulfrheim's current chaos, had become a bringer of terrible dreams... something Ophanim would want stopped... especially in Ophanim's home, the slopes of the great mountain known as Fenrir's Incisor!

This was totally frustrating at points to do but I'm soooo glad I did it xD Ophanim and his companion/guardian, Vuokko, are two of my very favorite felvargs, even though drawing Ophanim's markings can be a pain sometimes haha xD I don't mind too much since I love himmmmmm

Also, after drawing this, it made me want to have his flames come from his helix marking xD though I only thought of that just now after finishing... so perhaps that will be how it looks in the future! His bleeding heart marking glows brighter than usual when his fire magic is activated, too.

Meteors and shooting stars are a symbol of Ophanim's. In his lore, his soul arrived in Ulfrheim via a very bright meteor that fell across the sky.
