I think Twilight fits Medic more ever since Two Cities update, since Medic can now deploy projectile force-shield, and Twilight is capable of deploying force-shield, as shown in Ponyville Confidential.

If you wanted to continue the "crazy twins turn out to be crazy triplets", you could have Cadance (since you already have Luna as Blutarch), but then again that would go better with Chrysalis and the Changelings...
