Description This model weighs ~ 95 lbs the chain weigh about 35 lbs. She's not very strong so I can tell you she worked very hard for this..

More Desc/info later.. still shooting

Now I know she's way too skinny... and so does she.. so don't go telling her or me.. I like skinny.. it's full of detail. As always.. tell me what you think.. don't be shy.. and if you are new to my gallery, please look around..

You are really great i watched all your galleries.
The problem in my opnion is this you said to not comment about how skinny is the model , like ignore her , i assume.
In my view instead you should focus everthing on her this model is tresure in your hands so exposing her body was the priority , then selecting artistic poses , so this a fabolouse job but whit a model like this you could do many others things.
Thanks so much
Cheers
Jack

Hi!
You have a very beautiful and interesting gallery.
Expecially this photo: I like the subject, the light and the movement of the body.
I want to ask permission to catch this photo for a photomanipulation.
thanks

The model is actually very pretty, I looked at her DA page. Great photo, I'd like to try drawing this, if you don't mind. I can guarantee that the drawing won't turn out very good, but I'd like to try nonetheless. So do you mind if I try drawing it?

Very strong work! This image evokes SO many possible stories behind it! I was hoping to get permission to use it in some sort of a photo manip, but sent the inquiry to the model directly instead of you. She gave her consent (I've pasted her reply below), but as you are the copyright holder she directed me back to you. Feel free to browse through my gallery if your interested in seeing what I typically do, and let me know what you think about using your image. Thanks! ~EB

(reply I got from Kaitlin): I would be a-okay with that, but I am not the copyright holder of these images, so to be able to manipulate them, you would need permission from the copyright holder (in the case of this photo, he happens to be on deviantart, so you're welcome to shoot him a note...mfenberg).

Incredible composition! I just love the pose, and how the chains are just weight her down, but she continues to try to keep going.

I read above that the person in the photo is your girlfriend( if i`m not wrong) but I will still tell you what this photo says to me. It says... woman decay. It says...woman trapped in a man`s world. Judging by the thin body and the heavy chains that burdens it, your vision on women is that they`re sad , restricted or maybe you just wanted to show that the new example of how a woman should look nowadays(very thin)....example given by all the big fashion houses and designers. So which one is it? Please let me know. I also have ideas of this kind wich I wish to experiment as soon as I have the chance.

Skinny or not, it's in her detail, as you said. I think it only adds to the picture and her frailty makes the concept stronger.

I think this is my fav.. it's such a powerful image! As for the people who comment on Kaitlins weight 1) why would it be their business at all? and 2) what makes a woman stunning, if you ask me, is their acceptance of themselves for who and what they are. Someone who is healthy and happy and honest is gorgeous, be they skinny, plump, or in-between. Kaitlins honesty in all her pictures (I broused her gallery) shows a real depth of character and a healthy attitude... So if anyone wants to bitch, I would say it is probably a reflection of their own image issues and they can go suck a lemon.

That is all!

I don't have much to say about this photo that I haven't said about others - it's great. I like the concept, I like the rusty chain and I think you did a great job. I imagine you wanted us to see the floor and the paper background a little more fully so that we could see the detail of the rust on the ground.

But really, I wanted to scream about the fact that you have to make such a statement about Kaitlyn. As another thin woman, I can say that it's so...degrading when people say that we are anoerexic or should eat a sandwich. What the heck? It's just as rude as when someone looks at a larger woman and says "Go for a run!" How rude! That's even looking beyond the fact that they don't wander around and look at the 98 pound fashion models or television actresses and shout "Eat a sandwich!" at the screen and refuse to watch CSI or whatever they are viewing.

Rahr! Kaitlyn is perfect as she is as long as she's healthy! You shouldn't have to tell people to be polite!

Okay. That's all. I'm sorry about my rant. I just get livid and need to say something in support.

you look scary in this picture with your body almost on the Virge of complete starvation, could you eat just one or two full plates of food to put some more muscle on your bones before you end up fracturing a bone?

Wow! Powerful image! Very well done. I am not thin. Never have been. Some women live thin, others live thick... from childhood onward til the end. And some of us battle the genetic traits we were granted so that we may be physically and emotionally healthy. And that, I think, is the ultimate goal.

Usually I'd be a bit inclined to turn away by the figure - it is very skinny, as you mentioned, and I won't expand on that as you've already covered that. However, I think the skinny frame adds to the effect. Huge chains, small body.. It's a nice image. The dirty floor and skin is great as well, it helps the chain fit in. The model's pose (seemingly struggling) fits perfectly. Well done.

The dirty splatters and smears really add to the 'struggling' feel this gives...
seeing the muscle definition in her fore leg and arm promotes the idea of a very capable strength packaged in that fairy like body.
nice shot.

eniles' comments are right. Every model brings something to the shot and its up to the photog to bring those qualities out of the figure. The weight of the chain is pronouced and made heavier by the figure and it makes the shot stronger. I love the grit and the selection of the model for the shot. very strong work.

So we all have to make a statement about "skinny " now. As long as there is muscle tone, I don't get too concerned. Truly a beautiful photo, lighting and model are both superb.
