Description
This is an older piece that I tend to hang with "Conversation"I love how soft and wavy it is.. it looks sometimes like like ripples in a piece of cloth.. The two models lined up perfectly..

This is a beautiful piece. Very enthrilling how the two sets of curves match and follow each other. I also find it that if you look a little more in-depth at the picture, instead of seeing what you're supposed to see (what the artist meant to expose as the piece), you see different things...
To me I see as if there was a strong light coming throught a rip throught a dark cloth or paper, which is slightly covered with a white material.
Another view, by blocking or ignoring the part at the top that has that bit of light sneaking in, and playing with my imagination, I see as if thought there were some well built humanoid being with a left arm pressed tightly against what would be a kinda fluffy skin or something, but not tight enought to completely block out the light.
And the picture leaves you thinking just how did the models manage to be in that harmony with their bodies... Definitely this goes to my favorites.

the harmony during that shoot .. both that between the models.. and the harmony between me and them, was astounding .. a surprising number of my pieces come from that shoot.. at least four.. it was perfect!

Yeah, I think you're right. This type of art is a lot different, and I just wasn't used to it yet.
Usually when I see something like this, and by a male artist, I just automatically think: "eww..yuri".
But I really respect this guy and his art, now that I got a chance to get to know it.

Their bodies might be touching but they aren't... touching each other (ie; groping, anything indecent). If that makes sense. Yuri is yeah, quite different, since for one, it applies to anime/manga. It's also much more... explicit from what I understand (just as how yaoi is regarding guys). I just don't think a term for anime/manga pairings can really be applied to a real-life photograph is all. I think your genres got mixed up (tho I do that too on occasion~ hehe). I'm not tryin to argue or nothing, I just think you got things a bit jumbled.

Sweet i took me awhile to figure out it was 2 women i dont like the butterfly tatoo on the stomach though i think it kinda ruins the flow of the picture

That's nice and artistic, cause there's no genitala or nipple - that's why it's reaaly good!
It's not hard to make a photo of naked woman and receive 200000 comments for it, but showing beauty in soft-way is good.
