Description
The Minneapolis Star Trib printed this one huge on the front of the variety page ... sideways .. I could have kill them.. but its ok I was still flattered.. It was selected to represent a widely hyped local show, at the icebox gallery, called "skin".. My stuff represented the show because it was some of the only stuff without nipples..Related content

A really gorgeous piece, I especially love the composition and shades - the folded leg and the contrast with the utter black background - wonderful!

Awesome shot. I like how they are all entangled and what not. The lighting is nice in this shot and the different tones of the legs are a nice subtle contrast to one another. Its cool that you keep your models moving when you shoot them. +fave

I shoot a lot of frames... about 15 rolls (15x36) for the "Leg Shoot" .. I work kinda like a fashion shooter ... I have the models move.. with a lot of direction.. and I shoot what I like.. or I tell them to stop and change something.. So.. this shot probably morphed from one pose to another over maybe an hour.. or maybe I posed it .. I don't remember..

Great shot. As far as advanced critique goes, the leg coming from the left, going to the bottom right seems to upset the balance of the shot a bit. This is a compelling concept that is incredibly rich in black and white, and you've done a fantastic job with it.
