cut the blue wire. . . . .I had way too much fun doing this.
This was also one of the hardest peice ive ever had to do. I probablly went back and forth between traditional and digital mediums about 10 or 11 times. I dont have a tablet so that made it harder. But i got to do lots of research and pose references which is a liberty i cant usually take under time constraints. But i took my sweet ass time on this one.

thanx, ummm i started it in pencil on paper, but the page wasnt that long, so alot of the wires were just thrown in(not randomly) with the pen tool in illustrator

oohhh i love the way the glow of the eyes is reflected in the colour of the leaves and the twisting of the vines lead your eye up and down the picture. it's sort of pretty and menacing at the same time.

What a lovely style you have! I love the blend of the anime styled character and the surrealist background, they both fit together and flow so well. Nice use of color and movement, this really did catch my eye. Lovely work!

This would be much better if you were to spend even more time on it, and add more detail. The flowers don't look as good as they possibly could, and the hair definitely needs more detail.
