Katy swung her leg over the saddle and settled lightly onto DC's back. The pair had schooled the day before and DC was quite spooky, which was very unlike him. The large glass arena seemed to be throwing him off. He just wasn't being himself. Katy hopped that her warm up before the show would go better. A stiff and nervous horse would not be good for their scores. And with butterflies flying about, lighting wasn't the only thing Katy had to worry about.
