Looks like another tweak off of the now-infamous "Night Majestics" parameters, with a little bit of your new tricks thrown in.
I really like the design of this piece, even in vertical format. The way the deep crevasses seem to hold such an organic feel, like a coral reef, or even better -- internal tissue. There is definitely something relating to the human body going on here and I wonder if a very gory, but cool looking, bloody-flesh gradient would do it in even more. Something like a light tan for each trench, with some dark crimson red, of course.

Hey, if it gets the highest form of a feature, and still manages to spawn great fractals, they must be.

Highest form of feature? That was "Seeing Stones"

The way you've used blur to get the shell-like finish is great. I'm in two minds about the gradient...it's not an obvious combination of colours to use, and so is quite challenging to the eye...which is good. Makes you think.

Love the eerieness and downward motion of this.
My eyes followed a certain path, which is intriguing.
The depth and texture are great, but the gradient
seems a bit incongruous to me, also. And I agree
that seeing it larger would be fantastic! Sophie

Awesome shapes and texture. If I squint my eye and block out the colors to see it black and white it looks like a mountain path.

It's very nice, but after your last piece, this is pretty layed back.
I mean, I like it, but the last one floored me.
The shapes and the way it feels organic with this one just don't seem to work with the gradient the way I'd like.
I think this one would look better in shades of green and gold.

I really like the blurred details you use in your fractals; makes it really slick. I kind of wish though, that this one was slightly larger so that more of the detail could be seen.

Very cool.
I think you could make it even better by picking either the orange/white shapes or blue metallic denser part to dominate a little, the two parts are quite evenly balanced which makes it hard to focus on one or the other. Personally I'd go for the orange/white (and make the blue a few shades darker), I really love the shape and flow of it.

Another wonderful piece of artwork. The colors and the patterns are amazing, as well as their individual shapes. Great job.
