Description
Amity Blight takes her first step towards being a hero. In order to protect the one that she loves, Amity had agreed to undergo an experiment headed by her father, Alador Blight, in order to control her Inner Phantom. And the success of that experiment was the Boiling Isles' newest hero, Kamen Rider Heka. The specially made device, the MagiDriver, allows Amity to control Bast, but due to the fact that Amity hasn't overcome Bast with hope, the power gain is temporary.

The evidence of this is via the hourglass timer on the belt itself, once Amity transforms, she has ten minutes, and in those ten minutes she must defeat the Phantom or retreat before the transformation ends. Unfortunately, once the ten minutes are up, Amity cannot transform into Heka for at least twenty-four hours. However, the timer stops when she cancels the transformation, so she can transform for five minutes, cancel the transformation, and then use the remainder of her time later on in the day. The twenty-four-hour mark is midnight, regardless of when Amity actually transforms, the timer will always recharge after midnight.

It goes without saying, but as Heka, Amity is powerful enough to be near as strong as Witch in her Super Form, this is to offset the time limit penalty. Her staff is called Lady Luck, it has a blade attachment at the end of the staff, allowing Amity to cut down any Phantom that gets in her way. The roulette at the top is a power amplifier/subtracter. The gold numbers amplify spells while the purple ones de-amplify spells. For this to work, Heka has to speak her intentions once she pulls the cat tail handle, to either increase a spell or decrease it, this can work on either an enemy or an alley. Of course, using this is a gamble, as it could very easily harm herself or her alley, Witch, by either decreasing their power or increasing the power of their enemy. The good news is, it only works on one individual spell once per day, so if the same spell is cast again, it will not receive a power increase or decrease if it's cast again int he same day, at least until Heka uses the roulette the following day.

Unlike her predecessor, the ancient wizard, Beast, this form does not use mantles, but Armaments. This is represented by three mythical creatures. The first is the Scarab Sword, the second is the Griffon Ax, and the last is the Sphinx shield.
