Description
The third of the Trinity Riders, Marcy Wu. As a total anime and tokusatsu otaku, Marcy was more than ecstatic about becoming a Kamen Rider. Her power helped in her rising through the Newtopian ranks to become the Chief Ranger, which also happens to be her Rider name. Marcy's base power commands the wind, granting her swift movement and agility, while she may not be as fast as Anne in her Amp form, ranking second in speed, but she ranks first in agility and acrobatic technique, allowing her to move around easily even in places with little running room. Ranger's main mode of attack is via the Squall Sniper, a crossbow blaster that takes in the air molecules, condenses them, and then fires them in the form of an energy bolt. The Squall Sniper is capable of automatic and single shot discharge, allowing Ranger to snipe at a distance or at medium range.

While in Rider form, Marcy's senses are heightened, allowing her to hear sounds that are normally beyond the range of a normal human. She also gains telescopic vision so that she can fire her weapon from great distance away without ever getting close to the opponent. Normally such enhanced senses would overwhelm the human brain, but with the power of Calamity of Mind, and Marcy's own incredible intelligence, she's able to process all this information, allowing her to make quick decisions on the battlefield that almost border on precognition. Unfortunately, she ranks third as far as defense, due to the power focusing more on her mental abilities, agility, dexterity.

Also, as a Rider fan, she has taken the liberty of naming her attacks. Official names include: Calamity Kick (Wind Variant), Tornado Shoot, Green Rain, and others.
