The Night will do anything to fulfill its goals, and to do that it needs not only one who can withstand the Power of Calamity, but one who's mind is sharp and strong. Someone like Marcy Wu. Through the combination of science and mystical energies, The Night has corrupted the MetamorphRing TRi and changed it into the MetamorphRing CORE. Transforming The Night/Darcy into Kamen Rider Terminus. The technological addition to the Driver allows The Night to tap into, corrupt, and wield the Powers of Calamity, inadvertently granting it access to the three core aspects of Mind, Heart, and Strength.

While in this form, The Night has zero blind spots, having a three-hundred and sixty degree view all around it. It's speed is great enough to match Raging Heart: Justice Mode, it's strength on level with Invictus: Gladiator Mode, and thanks to being melded with Marcy/Ranger, cunning enough to outwit the other two Riders. The power of this form can decimate a whole city in less than a minute, and if necessary, turn the populace into its Fallen servants.
