Description
During her time as an experiment in Belos' secret labs, Vee was implanted with a magi-stone, something that would later become the foundation of Hunter and Belos' Arcane Drivers. But even Belos could not predict what kind power it would grant the young basilisk known as Number 5.

Thanks to some inspiration from a certain movie, Vee is able to tap into the magi-stone implanted into her body, supercharging her shapeshfiting powers and allowing her to take on the form of a Kamen Rider. The transformation itself increases Vee's body temperature due to the energy being released, and as a result, her body releases steam after the transformation is over.

As Kamen Rider V her physical strength is greatly enhanced, along with her speed, agility, and stamina. Unlike Luz, Amity, and Hunter, Vee's transformation is organic, making most of her body develop exoskeletal armor. While in this form, her spacial awareness is heightened, allowing her to sense opponents in a near 360-degree radius. The top layer of her forearm armor can extend out into five-foot-long blades, which can either be energized to cut through harder substances or to enhance their attacking power, or the blades can remain unenergized. But even in such a state, their sharpness and durability make them deadly blade weapons capable of cutting through hardened steel.

Her finishers are not as elaborate as her surrogate sister, Luz. She more models the techniques of the Rider who inspired her form. This in turn has her focus the power granted to her by the magi-stone to coat her right fist and forearm in pure magical power to initiate a Rider Punch or funnel it into the lower half of her right leg and foot to go into a Rider Kick.

It is still unclear what the limits of the implanted magi-stone are, or how much power Vee can draw upon at any given time. But Vee is willing to find out if it means being able to protect her friends, enbyfriend Masha, and her new mother, Camilla.

If it wasn't obvious, I modeled Vee's Rider form after Kamen Rider Black Sun from the reboot minisiries on Amazon Prime. Since Vee isn't as flashy as Luz or Amity or Hunter, so I figured a Showa Era Rider would be better for her and using the reboot version of Kamen Rider Black (aka Black Sun) was a good option for her since it's a more organic form and it better utilizes her shapeshifting powers.
