Mate these animations are really nicely put together, your layering is grand and creates some cracking effects (particularly the skirt in this example).
I have to say though I feel you could have done a little better on the hair above the shoulders. Everything else looks great but I feel that you should have considerably reduced the deformations on the hair around the face and and left the roots alone completely. Given that the face is the first thing that folks' eyes are drawn to it stands out rather a lot and it kills the effect that is so well put together in the other areas.
Very pleased to see someone doing some cleverly broken down comps! Jolly good show!

For commissions do you paint the pictures or just manipulate them?

I can paint the pictures too, but the last 30 comissions just asked me for the animation.
Animation = 200$
Painting + animation = 600$
In this case this animation cost 375$ because of many modifications and the image complexity, I took 3 days to make it.
But in almost all paintings the price is 200$.
