Hello, everyone, here bring you my entry for the “DA Risembool Rangers Contest”, my first contest ever here in deviantART, so I’m really excited.

In this one, I had to make up a brand new logo for this great group deviantART, having of theme the famous voice actor Vic Mignogna, the one who dubbed famous anime characters like my favorite hero Edward Elric, from the Fullmetal Alchemist franchise, Death Schyte Spirit from Soul Eater, or the famous Suou Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club.

The rules specified I had to use one of his characters of the actor himself, but I decided to improve a little. First, to make, really colorful and shaded, to Vic, and to put behind him his most famous characters, Edward, Spirit and Suou. However, I really didn’t have so much time, but, while I was vectorizing to Vic, I realized how good the characters looked sketchy, so I decided to use this technique to save the most time I could, but also giving them some color to be easier to identify.

I use plenty of gradients to make this work the most tridimensional I could. I’m really happy with the result: it looks goods, it’s simple like a logo should be, and I have a pretty good felling.

Well, I don’t have anything more to do but to wait. I hope you like it!
