We all saw it happen in episode 21 "Dragon Quest".

Fluttershy is now best couch, made from finest trees. X3 I knew there would be some sort of repercussion of Fluttershy stomping Rainbow in the chest like that, so it's nice to see her get what's coming for her misbehavior. Anyone over reacting over this needs to get over it, she's not even hurting Fluttershy. She's just messing with her, while getting in her favorite pass time of napping. Harmless punishment and sleep, multi tasking at it's best.

My first thought when I saw that stomp happen was "my goodness, Fluttershy is a good deal stronger than she's led us to believe." I've had my cousins jump on me like that before, and I've no idea where all my oxygen goes for several minutes, so I know how RD must have felt.
