I'll have a go.

Looking at Amie:

Softbox to my left at about 45 degrees to model reflector on other side casting light in to shadows. Raw file says exposure f4.2

Gridded spot on background at about 45 degress to backdrop - this is the conjectural bit probably a medium or small honeycomb probably about a stop brighter - if I light the back with a spot its normally one or two stops brighter and this looks to benot ovely bright so about a stop.

Graphite coloured background.

Think thats about it.
