Description Did you know you're made of starstuff?

Perhaps it sounds like a silly clichΓ© or a goofy old wives' tale, but it's actually true. When a star dies - when it goes supernova (or hypernova, maybe you like to go big), it produces two things: nitrogen and oxygen. Without those two elements, you couldn't exist. You're made of those things.
