this took around two hours....my criteria for a good psidey drawing always has been the webs....so i spent a lot of time detailing the webs...i think it looks ok...as for spidey the pose is by mike deodato ..one of his covers...the two things i know that are wrong with pic is :
1) my shading doesnt give any indication of musculature...i need to pay attention to that...
2) on the left of the pic...around spidey's head, the inner thigh and shoulder have merged to become this weird shape..

Good pic man, well done. It's good that you can see mistakes in your own work.
I'm no expert but, maybe if you varied the thickness of your lines, it might help un-merge his inner thigh and shoulder. Just a suggestion.

Its funny sometimes to see you draw... not funny because you are bad... well which you are not... its funny caz over the years I have known you (atleast most parts of it) you have either hidden this talent OR you just didnt know you could draw... eitherways... this ones good... yeah it has some parts where it needs work... but criticisms aside this is really good.

hey hey, its marvel-Comics-Club in my civillian clothes 
1. shading not acting to define the muscles. (as you mentioned above)
2. not just the leg, the entire left side is a lil iffy and confusing, the arm needs alot more smoothing out, spidey's claim to fame is being uber strong while remaining sleek and slim, the arm gets kinda bulgy and the costume details seems to fade in and out. the left leg should go from largest connecting to the torso to slightly smaller, not the gulge-out that you have occuring by the knee.
3. the right foot could stand to be a bit larger to get a more COMING AT'CHA! feel to it.
4.the head. is a slight large, but i dont think its at the point where it is a big deal it seems like theri should be a slight angle to the head, just a slight tilt towards his left side. the eyes seem to suggest it is, but the rest of the head and costume detail seem to make it look like hes staring straight of the page. (in general giving a slight angle to you rimage goes along way towards popping a 2D image 3D)
