She has Ice Powers, or something... It started out a a lightning bolt but it didn't want to render out that way. So I changed up the lighting on it.

I had fun with this render. The water plane came out better than I thought it would. I need to figture out a better map for the hair so it's less blobs of white and more strands. Her hips ended up with an odd shadow so her wait and butt don't really have any separation at this angle.
