funny enough there is a Z-list villain whose theme is quilts.

Worse than a D-list.
A D-list villain is a joke villain, usually seen as a punching bag or not taken serious, think Kite Man.
A Z-list villain (which might have been higher rank when first introduced), has fallen so far they aren't even really funny anymore; so will usually end up as a background seat filler at a villain meeting, or are an opening act for a cartoon episode where the hero quickly takes down this no-body with a weird theme and isn't really acknowledged again as the episode focuses on someone more interesting.
Yeah, you don't see these guys unless an artist needs to fill space in a scene of bad guys, or they need to pad some run time. In a joke series though you will sometimes see them more often as background running gag but never an episode focus like Venture Bros frog with a brick type characters just there to fill out the villain meetings so the bad guy organization looks like it has more members.
Even F-list villains look down on them
(F-list is a non-official term for villains who are ALWAYS henchmen, but henchmen with a name; like Skeletor's crew like Merman and Beastman, or Shredder's Rocksteady and Bebop), Z-list are worse off than even these guys.

LOL!Β When I first started reading this I was all like, "Wait... can Supergirl even BE a carrier for a mundane, coronavirus related disease?"Β Β
Then I kept reading and realized you were using a fantastic stand-in (I approve, for the record <3).Β Β
Buuut, yeah... I can imagine this Supergirl REALLY not handling social-distancing well... in addition to the issue portrayed here, she's a hugger and a friend-maker, so staying cooped up without directly interacting with the general populous sounds like the EXACT kind of thing she would NOT be good at XD.Β Β

DC and Marvel both claim their "super speed" is actually time dilation when asked about friction burning.

It also allows the Flash to time travel, Speed Force is one of those (make up the rules) kinda comic things. Time travel, time dilation, alter the laws of physics so friction doesn't apply and remove speed=force equation that would cause a normal human body moving at super sonic speed to break every bone in their fist, arm, and the bones of anyoneΒ (not super durable)Β hit at those speeds when punching someone.

until she runs out of material. I have craft hobbies I've been catching up on and realized I am running low on some supplies to put finishing touches on a few things. So making a series of incomplete projects to set aside till its reasonable to get them. Making a wal-mart or dollar tree run for crafts but not hygiene or food at the same time feels...unnecessary.
