I am not fortunate enough to subscribe to comics but Im a Spidey fan and I do wish I could afford the comics. But anyway, I had to see about this so I Wiki-ed this "Miles Morales" and booyyyy are they makin a big change. Question is do they plan to run with this one long term and will the fans eat it up the way they did Peter Parker. Either way, I always said Spidey shoulda been black!

i think it'll run for a good long while. the over-all support has been really positive and there's still the original ol' Peter Parker in the regular universe if people would rather read about him. i'm all for the change! and i think the costume is great.

i liked it instantly. it's so clean and provides a good amount of differentiation from the reg one. i'm sure it'll evolve with time though.
