This artwork depicts a weapon which is a part of my sci-fi world's lore. Do not copy the design, use it in your own artworks, or claim it as your own!

Lore and Description:
KvG 6.4/3 is a modern assault rifle manufactured by Ria'kortaal. Although not as advanced as contemporary Staris designs, it is still a formidable weapon with several neat features. Most notable one is an electronic top acessory rail, which is powered by a power cell located behind the magazine. This means that optical devices, lasers and other devices mounted to the top rail don't require their own battery. Moreover, the battery acts as a weight and helps to somewhat reduce felt recoil. The weapon fires polymer-cased 6.4 × 48 mm rounds and has a similar magazine configuration to Staris's "C" series of rifles. The stock comes with a soft cheek pad and has an adjustable length of pull. Many parts of the weapon, such as the stock, barrel, front handguard and the powered rail module can be swapped out for different ones, making the gun highly configurable.

Inspiration and Background Information:
This rifle is a mashup of HK SL8 (a civilian semi-automatic G36 derivative) and Kriss Super V submachine gun (although its unique recoil compensator is replaced with a battery for the accessory rail in my design). After finishing the design, I also see a bit of R-301 from Apex Legends in it, although that wasn't my original intention. 😁
