History:

Runarin was born.. somewhere in Fairfort, living a quiet, quaint life. He admired his dad growing up, sometimes accompanying him when he was working in safer parts of the city. He grew up wanting, no, NEEDING to become an Emerald Enforcer, just like his dad! He's gonna be the best, they'll see.

..right?

Personality:

Runarin is a sweet, sincere kid. He's naive, and admittedly, stupid. He's doing his best but.. his best isn't enough. He's confident and he's brave, but he's also over-emotional at times and can freeze up during the wrong moments. He can't see it himself, either he can't or he doesn't want to, but.. he hopes he's doing his best. He wants to be great, just like the others.

Trivia:
-Takes on his fathers Poochyena markings, and his mothers fullbody freckling
-Always smiling! He's a very cheerful fellow
-Unlike the common Minccino, Runarin LOVES dirt. He doesn't like filth, but he loves dirt baths
-His name isn't a known true name, his parents just merged 'Run' and 'Rin' because they thought it was cute!
-Wanted to join the Emerald Enforcers as soon as he could, so he could be on his dads team and fight crime with him!! That's how it works, right?
-Absolutely 'sneaks out' to 'sneakily stalk' his dad when he's working. Thinks he's the sneakiest little thing but his giggling and dramatic hiding makes him very obvious
-Bottle of sea-water gifted to him from his Auntie Riley.. he's not allowed near the ocean since he can't swim..
-Very plush-like proportions. Might as well be a stuffed animal, his arms and legs are just so stubby and squishy!
-Has the tendency to all asleep in the hood of his dads jacket, usually from a long day (2hrs) of walking
